Your orders within Istanbul will be delivered to you by our company or contracted cargo companies, and your orders outside of Istanbul will be delivered to you by contracted cargo companies. All orders with completed payment are delivered to cargo within 1 (one) business day at the latest. You can return all products with defects caused by our company (weight missing, packaging with visible defects) within 15 working days before opening the package. We strongly request you to check the products while receiving them.
